To be honest, I don't see why not. Is there any particular reason you want the paid license? The difference is not that noticeable, unless you run a big operation.

Also, be careful with nulled/ cracked licenses. They will simply block your IP and if I remember correctly, they charge about $50 to unblock.
If you're only hosting your personal sites (i.e., you're not a provider), just go with OLS. The differences are minuscule and for personal use I don't see a real benefit in paying for the Enterprise version.

Both Openlitespeed and Litespeed are equivalent. You can use Openlitespeed, but if you dont want to use it then Litespeed offer a free license too. But it allows you to host only one website on the server.

OpenLiteSpeed doesn't support full Apache rewrite rules. It uses a custom approach that's usually difficult to master and involves lots of trial and error. Even LiteSpeed Support staff have to test different version of the rewrite rules for them to work. Most of the times, it fails to work.
But with LiteSpeed Enterprise, all Apache rewrite rules are supported. This is important because some plugins and themes need to write rules on the .Htaccess file which usually don't work with OpenLiteSpeed.
