Cheap hosting for Single static page with low traffic?

Looking for a cheap hosting service for my single static page, it takes only 1 second to scroll down to the footer, that's how small my website is. My site won't have more than 100 visitors in a day.

I'm doing dating CPA, not porn but sometimes if the user is not from the country the offer is running in then it is possible the user be land on some 18+ site, so I would like be anonymous. My traffic is by 100% free methods, conversion is low.

Crypto payment method highly preferable.

Thanks guys for the recommendations, I already used GitHub and Netlify, and my links were banned or idk what, but they were not redirecting anywhere and gave some error, so I thought buying a hosting.
 
Check github pages, vercel, netlify or cloudflare pages. Totally free for low traffic sites.
 
Free hosting means that you do not have guarantees and you can lose your web site content as soon as web hosting provider decides to remove your account.
Better to subscribe for paid hosting services, pre-discuss your content to avoid any issues and use paid service.
But still you will have to remember about your backup - let yourself be the one who takes care of it.

Think Hostnamaste.com will work fine for your needs. Their customer support is exceptional.
The control panel of the host, allows me to manage my entire server without restrictions, also I can restart my server when I want.
 
I've been using Namecheap's shared hosting "Stellar" plan for a month
I have a few semi-static pages and it works great for me
I've also reached out to their support twice now and my problems have always been solved in 20 minutes or less (they were simple problems)

I have only tried Namecheap and GoDaddy so far. GoDaddy was slow and harder to manage, so I wouldn't recommend it
 
I also recommend Netlify. Fast and free host for smallest projects
 
Alexhost, 10€ yearly plan. More cheap than this?
And also Bitcoin accepted.
 
Weird question: Has anyone tried to do this with AWS Lambda? Seems like the kind of service that would be perfect for a single page website for basically free
