Bumnycdn has terrible support helpdesk i have never seen worst Helpdesk as they are ! I opened i ticket from 25 nov since today they do not answered me ! I opened a second ticket after an hour i have received notification that they are merged my tickets with hold up statut i wrote to them again and again no feedback !! A very bad support
My issue is when i opened my account their bot flag me as a system thread automatically! .
It was the worst experience with such a helpdesk

Sorry to hear, myself, I have always got great support from them during the time I´ve been a customer of BunnyCDN, just over 4 years now.

Yes, but use Cloudflare as DNS only (very fast dns speed), then BunnyCDN as CDN.

Nope, DirectAdmin, but almost the same, get´s the job done.
Because CloudFlares DNS is fast, they have a free version of CDN, but I like BunnyCDN better then CloudFlares free version.

Is directadmin similar to cpanel? because their price in hostkoala is night and day. Currently subscribed to the cPanel of hostkoala.
