I wouldn't go supercheap, it's not worth it.
Check out AmeriNOC or Cyberwurx, each is about 10 bucks but light years ahead of the Hostgators of the world.
(I use about a dozen different adult hosts, and I also have a number of dedicated servers elsewhere; but these are the two best adult virtual hosts I've found, and I've been doing this since the 90s.)

Webair won't let you call and talk to a support tech if you only have a small virtual account. I use them, but that's the drawback with them.
