cheap domain registrations?

Prices for top-level domains differ often per registrar. For instance, Namecheap is $3 to $9, with 1yr domain privacy included. Domain privacy only applies to a limited set of TLDs. In addition, the domain privacy is separate from domain registration, so you can choose whichever business to provide privacy if you want.

Also, are you just looking for initial costs for registration, or lifetime costs? If the former, find the sketchiest place that'll register your domain for 0.99, then run off with your personal and financial information. If the latter, you can go with a reasonable price for a quality service that will maintain a reliable business over the duration of your dealings with them.

On that note: Namecheap :)

internet.bs definitely. Have been registering with them quite a number of domains. seems great so far.

How do you do to get domains .COM in Namecheap by U$ 3 ?
Can you explain it?

Or these are .info or some thing like that?

tks

dragondf, I think he meant those .info domains which are $2.99. At NameCheap a .com cost you $9.98.

I am sorry, but untill now I could not see why some members vote to namecheap.

It has the biggest price untill now.

Internet bs is 7.49 with NO coupon CODE. Namecheap is 7.99 with a coupon code.

At least for me, Internetbs is the winner until now. I hope we can find a better one.
In some time, Godaddy has .com for less than 1$, but only 1 per costumer using coupon code.

No one has mentioned yahoo... they have a special for two bucks.... just make sure you change registrars before your year is up, their second year is pricey.

i know yahoo register domains for small businesses
It depends on the term you choose
1-year term: $1.99 You save $7.96
2-year term: $11.94 You save $7.96
3-year term: $21.89 You save $7.96
5-year term: $41.79 You save $7.96
After term expires: $34.95/year

Practically the rest is up to you. I dont know if there is a possibility of paying for a 10 year period or more

No, there is no way to get the Yahoo discount for longer than one year. And their second year will rebill at $35. So be sure to get the domain and then transfer quicker than you can say "mama".

Around $7.50 per domain seems to be the new low price, I haven't found or heard of anyone having lower ordinary prices, unless you have some bulk agremment with a specific registrar, which really is just for the few.

There are always namecheap coupons in retailmenot, and others. Do a search. Not for transfers, though. And if you just need landers, co.cc are 10 cents-- 100 domains for $10.
