I am selling .net .com domain for only $3 here.
Domain name will not be renewed
All regular domains will transfer DNS to cloudflare for management
Once payment is received, we will send cloudflare account with successfully registered domains to you in 1-2 business hours.

Domain price list:
buy 1 to 20 domains for $3/1 domain
20-50 will cost $2.50

and buy more than 50 domain names, the price will be negotiated for a better price

Accounts used to register domain names will not be able to log back in after a year to renew the domain name, but any domain names created will last for an entire year.

Is it safe to transfer the domain out from Cloudflare to another registrar? Or to another Cloudflare account?

cloudflare is our recommendation, we will DNS according to your request, but after about 7-10 days it won't be able to change

I was asking if I could transfer the domain out of the original Cloudflare account, to another Cloudflare account or registrar safely.

There's no other choice guys. Accounts that have already created a domain name will not be able to sign back in to renew the domain name after one year.

The cheap domain name that I provide is not suitable for those who want to develop long-term from that domain name
