Godaddy is best for cheap domains. Search the forum for coupons and you can get a domain for $0.99

Crazydomains seem quite cheap. I have bought a couple of domains from them in the past but I prefer godaddy and namecheap.

Contact GoDaddy and tell them you are looking to register 20 domain names and they will get you a special discount code. It works and I have registered around 50 domains in the past with them like this.

for the first year, use godaddy with a coupon so you can get the domain for like $2 (without privacy). for renewal, move to internet.bs which is about $9 per .com renewal and includes free privacy. that's what i do

Fatwallet usually have some decent GoDaddy discount codes. Some of them only work under certain circumstances though.
