It's unavailable in my location as well. I was considering trying it over VPN, but I decided to wait it out.

I havne't signed up but it definitely said that it was available in my country, in a popup, I hope I don't have this problem next!I have the "upgrade plan" tab from my location.
But, the gag is that when I start filling in the fields, the address part is blocking. It is only set up for the US. Which is totally stupid.

lolI think it was a problem with the configuration of the payment form.
