That's why they throwed up pages with "reached capacity", so they can sell access. Anyways it's their product and it's their right to ask for money.
From what I've heard there is a waiting list for API access.
This part is important for people who want to automate output.

Some user interaction:
Prompt length appears to be exactly the same, and the memory seems to be the same also but it's difficult to test. Answer quality is also exactly the same. The only changes with the Pro version is that the responses are much faster, you get priority access during downtime, and the prompt limit per hour is doubled

There are not and there won't unless you can fine-tuned your own.
Also seems like as for now(Living in Germany) also don't have access to it. Can't see the "upgrade".

You need to be an Ai immigrant and move to a country that supports it! lol true dedication to Ai that would be, and I think might be the next wave of people moving, lol to get better access to internet facilities.

They could close subscription anytime to create scarcity, then you will regret not getting in.
Also, it's not available in all counties. Anyone that has access is going to have a big advantage.
$40 is insanely cheap, look at all the other products that are hundreds a month and don't have
a fraction of the power of ChatGPT.

Probably is not yet live for everyone, at least for me is not; no option to upgrade, i will do it in fast so i can benefit from this AI later on also. Imagine how much money you can actually make with chatgpt when you pay just 42 bucks per month, it's still very cheap.

I think they are only rolling out these pro versions in few countries. I do not have pro-version or buy option available yet. Maybe I will get it in the future.
Anyway this money goes into developing better AI. So, I do support this move.
