It might be user traffic, or it could be because your prompt is arduous so it's trying to break it down and process.

My ChatGPT 4 has been having problems for over 24 hours. It has "current technical limitations of my browser function" and cannot search the Internet.
I also can't upload photos, ChatGPT doesn't recognize them.
I'm starting to get annoyed.
