Anyone used chatbot in your website. How it collects data and gives the answer. Do we need to give some basic data?

Now a day all big site seems to be using chatbot in their website but its not promising. Just giving us the info as someone will contact you.

Do you think its increase the engagement of our website?

It works over a few readymade FAQs. Not a big deal for site's contribution unless it's smarter.
