hey everyone, my names charlie apple, I signed up several months ago and now just starting to be active on here.
A bit about myself is that I started becoming interested in online business about 2 years ago, I figured somewhere in there that niche sites were a good place to start and they also fit my interests so now I have 2 profitable ones. I got a job 4 months ago (and out of the restaurant industry for good now!) with a online marketing (local seo, reputation mgmt, ppc mainly) be to involved in this industry until I work for myself.
What I have been doing now, and has been working quite well, is building a private blog network of sites and selling the links. Pets, travel, entertainment and expanding. I've been finding domains that were in those niches with amazing backlinks and just reviving them. That is my main interest in being more active here, so for a shameless plug : ) if your interested in PR4 links you can PM me on here.
Other than that I enjoy building niche sites but will hold off until this income stream is solid. Its good to find out what you like as I am beginning to with online business, I've tried a few other things out of college (and in it) but this resonates with me because its scalable, systematized, can be passive/recurring pmts, sellable, control/ownership. Its funny because I have never been a tech guy and I got into this by selling it. My first job selling mobiles site, the owner told me (half joking) to never get into anything techie because I sucked at it, I always think of that and think you can do anything you put your mind to and enjoy!
