Hello! my name is Paul. I work for a Merchant outsourcing company
I have to manage multiple merchant accounts for clients from all over the world . I also look after Merchant Chargeback Assurance.
I am facing multiple Friendly Fraud cases for my merchants accounts.
Recently I got a call from ChargebackExpertz saying all my merchant accounts will be closed if I receive any more chargebacks. I called the banks and they also confirmed this. How can These accounts get so many chargeback in so little time
I am confused because all the chargebacks that I have received seem to be false as the product was delivered on time.I suspect a rival company's hand in this act .Because our site seems to be selling more. I am confused
Please help . I don't know what to do.Any suggestion will be helpful.
    thank you.

Unfortunately there is very little you can do aside from ship a physical product for every order which is usually not feasible. I have used every merchant account provider as well as every 3rd party payment processors(plimus,swreg,2checkout,paypal,etc). It will always be a game of "he said, she said" when it comes to chargebacks on digital items and 99% of the time the credit card company will believe their cardholder as that is the only customer they care about. There is absolutely no guaranteed way to prove a cardholder made a transaction and that is the issue. The closest thing you have to that would be using "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Securecode" which will protect you from all chargebacks, however most Visa/MC do not support it and it is an ordeal to implement.
