Hello my friends!
I want to buy a fiverr account, I am about dealing with one guy, but I read somethng about I cant change paypal account in fiverr. is that true?

Its been 2 Years they dont allow Paypal adress change to stop accounts being Sold
Only way is to email their damn support and you will probably never hear from them
