Changing IP when using second facebook account for advertising

My personal facebook account got prevented form advertising.
I have another aged and warmed facebook account.

Should I change the IP, or it's fine if I just delete the cookies and use the same IP?
 
Advertise on BHW
log it in using private or incognito window on your browser. It must be different in other countries, but in mine I did not have any issues with it at all.

Yeah that as well. But you didn't need to change your IP right?
 
I had an account banned and use the same ip for a new one with no issues
 
You can log in with another account by using a private window to prevent your account get locked.
