Changing IP when using second facebook account for advertising

My personal facebook account got prevented form advertising.
I have another aged and warmed facebook account.

Should I change the IP, or it's fine if I just delete the cookies and use the same IP?

Yup. No need to change it. But I can't make a general statement coz it only works for me and I don't know about others.

Try to use Two Factor Authentication system, maybe it's helpfull.

You can log in with another account by using a private window to prevent your account get locked.
