New Terms are for Policy, Safety and Copyright + The Coppa Law Stuff & Advertising Stuff that has been going on. They are stating that they may automatically analyze content to detect abuse (i.e. CPA Spam, Buying Views, Likes etc. ) to keep the platform safe. They have also added a specific age requirement. For example: In the US you must be older than 13 to use general Youtube. Otherwise you will be sent to Youtube Kids. They also updated their content and licensing system which will make it easier for you to file complaints (?).
It seems like there was no major changes that we don't already know about.
