"Changes to Followers" Notice (Spam Deletion)

Anyone have their account "cleaned up" yet?

If so, what % of total followers did you lose?


I am actually looking forward to this change as I have 1,000's of inactive followers.





Notice from Instagram week of December 8th, 2014:

"Your number of followers may change in the next few days as we clean up spam accounts."

Not only Itg. but almost all social media sites clean up spam accounts, I have lost 5000 followers in a day and all those accounts was disabled. Rate will be higher for sure.

I recently started using Instagram for marketing purposes and bought a small 25K account, after the clean up i lost about 800 followers. Likes and comments are still at the same level as before so it's all good, that followers count is just a number, more important are the interactions.

My answer is: 0
The latest 2 IG updates, mass-ban and mass-unfollow doesn't affected me at all.
