Changes to artificial streams and farm click on Spotify

As you may have heard, Spotify is making three major changes:

1. Labels and distributors will be billed per track when blatant artificial streaming is detected on their content.
2. Tracks must have reached at least 1,000 streams in the last 12 months to generate royalties.
3. Spotify will increase the minimum length of functional noise recordings to two minutes, in order to generate royalties.

My message is aimed at farmcliquer professionals who already have experience in this field.
And the question is whether they think these measures will disrupt their normal operations.
