Change Referrer Affiliate Program

Hi guys,

I'm running PPC campaign on my affiliate program and i would like to change the referrer website i see on the dashboard.

Do you have any tips ? Website or Tutorial i could follow?

Referrer website that you own, or any domain? The later would be much more tougher, and probably impossible for most of the sites. The first one is easy.

Possible. Buy a good looking domain, make a blog and post review articles on it. Then redirect your ppc traffic to your blog articles (product 1 goes to article 1, etc). Now before showing the article (you could do it with a wp plugin I am sure... If not, just make one from scratch), check what kind of traffic it is (this part needs trial and error.. there's no easy way afaik). If the traffic is coming from ppc ad, redirect the traffic to the affiliate link. Redirecting can be tricky too. Some redirects might not carry the referrer and it will show blank referrer in that case.

For normal traffic, just show your blog article. This will make sure if somebody reviews the referrer, (s)he will see the normal blog page.

For a more whitehat way, don't do a redirect atall. Let the user click the link himself, after reading the article.

I am sorry I don't know any plugin which does that. I don't work with wp anymore lol. Google "cloaking plugin wordpress". It might give you something to work with. Otherwise, wait for someone else who has more experience on wp to chime in. Best of luck.
