What is the most effective way to change the IP of someone who will resolve my CPA offers and in this way to be able to solve several?.
and also to which CPA Networks do not care that the same people solve many offers?

Don't think it will work like this. Why would any network pay you double or even triple for data that they already have? If you are trying to cheat your CPA Network, you will most likely get banned or kicked from the offer.

I do not want to pretend to be from another country, I want my worker to complete several offers from the same network, how would you cheat the IP of the networks?
