Change IG Account location

Hi guys !
I have a 13k+ Account based in EU. I want to try IG Monetization, so i'm wondering if it's possible to "move" my IG account location to the US to have access to the monetize options ?

no, if the accounts are EU based and made, they always will be
you will need to make new accounts based on the usa

The only criteria to have the US based account is to create it there only? Not using it there too ?

I think it won't be possible, since this account was created in EU..
