Change IG Account location

Hi guys !
I have a 13k+ Account based in EU. I want to try IG Monetization, so i'm wondering if it's possible to "move" my IG account location to the US to have access to the monetize options ?

The only criteria to have the US based account is to create it there only? Not using it there too ?
