How would you grow a YouTube channel about a non viral topic? maybe fishing or deer hunting that you chose out of love for it :-D.

You are not allowed to:
1. Buy views
2. Collab or have an advertising deal with a YouTube influencer

You can only use free methods and you have just $100 budget for buying any software that would help you

Produce good and useful content, post it regularly. Build your reputation in niche forums, comment on the popular videos, genuinely help people and viewers will come.

I can gat anything to rank every video for one month of work youtube is not all about buying views likes good content blow up itself if you work hard and i mean really hard you will get good results

2. Optimize your YouTube videos following YouTube SEO best practices.
3. Create clickable thumbnails for your YouTube videos.
4. Upload new YouTube videos on a consistent basis.
5. Be patient.
6. Repeat the process.

This is literally the "secret" formula.

You will need something repeatable and to understand what people want to see.
Deer hunters want to see the kill shot? People eating deer or where to go shooting?
I have no clue. Hopefully you understand or can figure this out.

So you need about 1m views per month. Which means you're going to drive strong traffic.

If your niche is off-piste are you going to get end of video referals?
What playlists would you create to put your video into someone's daily watch?
How do you improve your video quality yso that anyone watching will want to see the end of the video?
