Let me add my two cents. First, you need to understand that if you try to sell something at the top of the sales funnel, it is not going to convert unless you have a very strong copy (your FB post) and the product is free or priced very low. You need to understand the AIDA model and implement a properly designed sales funnel on your website. Only then you will start seeing good results.

Hope to see some updates to your journey thread when you get settled. I feel like you're right on the verge of doing this big with a bit more work.

I'm in the process of beginning this method too so it's encouraging to read others success and failures to learn from.

A few tips I would say is to make sure the offer is mobile compatible, is easy to use / buy for the user and having a trial based offer or the sale appearing as a low monthly fee is very helpful. I think a lot of FB users will take a gamble if its cheap and offers them something of value. Hope you get the results your looking for
