CCBill, epoch or what?

Hi there,
i'm about to start producing some adult model website, with membership and other pay functions.
I'm european but i live in Colombia and i recently found that a credit card gateway it's available only if the corporation is from U.s.a or Europe.
I have the idea to open the company in ireland, for the low corp tax, or uk for his semplicity (less time and $ but a lil more taxes)
I've 3 question that i'd want to ask.

1) It's really CCbill the safer and more "bank friendly" gateway? IT has very high fees but looking around i couldn't find nothing that gain my trust. Epoch and others? Some Feedback fellaz?

2) If, as i think a EU, or USA corp is needed, would you please tell me which one is, on your advise, the best choice for me. Where i should open the company,bank account, where i will receive the payments?
Taxes, Adult internet business Regolamentation, Bank accepting payments from ccbill (or others), and price for year (corporation fees, secretary etc) must be the elements of the choice.

3) I'd like to go legal, the smart way, choose the right place, but stay legal. If this is possible with this content and business.
I've read some post telling that for adult it's better to go full offshore, to avoid problem with bank policy that could block the account, and giving troubles. But it sounds a little strange to me... A lot of money comes from AdultBiz, so i dunno... I'd be happy to hear your opinion or experience with this doubt

Can't speak to all your questions but for #1 you really want both CCBill and Epoch for a couple reasons. CCBill is "better" but they scrub harder so you need to cascade to Epoch to try and pick up joins that CCBill denies. You also need to monitor your chargebacks so if one gets high, you switch to using the others. Starting out, you really should go with CCBill IMO. If things are successful you'd then look to getting your own merchant accounts etc.
