I don't know what to do.

I have CC that I use for all my needs without any single problem. I pay with it offline, I pay anything online, use it for Yahoo Search Marketing, MSN AdCenter, anything else... but when it comes to Google services, it keep declining it.

I can't use it for Adwords, I can't use it for Checkout, anything.

Anyone has similar issues ? Its non-us card, maybe that is the reason. But it would be idiotic to decline it from that reason, when I use it anywhere else.

A lot of companies have specific rule sets for payment processing that automatically decline credit cards from "high risk" areas. Where are you from?

Thiss CC is from Croatia. But sometime last year I used another card from Bosnia ( if croatia is risky, bosnia is probably even more for them ), where I live now, and in that time that wasn't problem.

the solution is paypal... and their debit card service

I am still waiting my cc receipt to verify Paypal, so for now Paypal is not solution.

What about VCC ? If I load Entropay VCC with money, would they accept it ?

OK, I have verified my Paypal, but I doesn't see the debt card option. Thats porbably not available for my country, too.

Can you use paypal's plug-in for the VCC? Haven't tried this yet but that might work!

Can anyone verify this???
