CB: 289 hops 8 orderform impression counts NO sales!

Hi, I've been CB affiliate for a while 1 month and my targeted keyword(less competitive, <2K search volume) is in 3rd page of Google now and with the un-targeted traffic, these are my stats 271 hops 4 order form impression counts NO sales!. So now my burning question is not on how to get sales, all I concentrate is to move my keyword in 1st position (keyword is marketed by EMD with unique articles, not with video). Here are my keyword stats

15 days back - No where
After started building links 10 days back - position - 52
Now my keyword is dancing between 24-31 for a week

So how to move it. any powerful link building strategies?. Your suggestions are welcome.

I would also look into why your leads are not converting. That seems a very low % when you expect to have a 2-3% conversion rate on CB websites.
It can be for a couple of reasons:
-the keywords you are targeting have no commercial intent.
-the cb product you are promoting has a horrendous landing page that doesnt convert
-you are promoting the wrong product for your website etc...

I wish i could give you the exact answer youre looking for...but you may need to look into other factors.

Is your clickbank product actually good? I mean, get a copy of it somehow and look it over, or even just put yourself in the position of your customers and ask yourself...would i buy this?

Its not always as easy as targeting weightloss and promoting a weight loss product. The product has to be good, have a good sales page, check the products conversion. You may have just picked a dud product. If you had 8 order form impression, that means people were kinda interested then backed out when they saw the price. Meaning they dont think your product is worth the price being charged. Try a new product, maybe even a new Affiliate platform....clickbank isn't the friendliest thing to buy from.

Check your keywords and make sure its a "buying" keyword. If you typed in that search term....would you be in the mood to buy something? If you put yourself in the Customers position and dont see yourself typing that, then later buying something...other people probably wont either.

Dont give up what your doing, look into a diff product to promote and do some cross-testing. Youll hopefully eventually get your sales!

Hi as said it is non targeted traffic since my keyword is in 3rd page position 31. My search traffic is about 30% and I see 4 visits for the keyword I target and rest of the search traffic are information seeking related words

the product am selling is tech related product.

I wouldnt be too worried for now as the keywords your ranking for may have little
or no buying value

Just keep building links and getting your keyword into top 3
