Names are almost the same. You can still do much of the same stuff.
Self hosted blogs

You can make up fake companies too!
janesmithenterprises.com
janesmithrealestate.com
I would try to put these blogs/websites on separate hosting accounts so they have different IP's. You can also make up addresses for these fake company names and post them all over directories as well. But he/she does have a real business you may want to be careful with that. When I did I just found a large building that had a lot of suites and made up a suite and used the building address.
You can also do tons of fake social accounts. I mean tons!

Here is a list of photo sharing sites. Those work pretty well especially for getting picture ranking.
Another tactic I use for names is this
Get some very high quality article written. Then find high pr places to post them and post them with titles like this

Jane Smith On How To Blah Blah Blah
I really just need to start a blog and put all this sh*t in it.. LOL.
Thanks a ton for the help. All this info is absolutely invaluable. I kind of have my hands tied because the client doesn't want me to use his name for the articles I write/buy (yeah, f*cking STUPID i know). I have a good grasp on what I have to do now, and it's a shit load. Better get to work :/
