But just to recap 1) This is the only linkbuilding you have done? (how many total links) 2) Last I saw you had 7 articles, is that still true? 3) How many exact searches is the KW you are #9 for?

Yes that's the only link-building I did for this website. I didn't even used "click here" and such anchor texts just those 6 keywords that I was targeting, also all links points to the main domain.
There are about 120 live links at the moment, Website has exactly 9x 500 word article now.
that keyword has 4,400 exact US searches.

how you are going to monetize? Can somebody tell me, is it a wize to use adsense or will i need to try CPA or some PPD or anything else?

I just placed adsense on it and earned like 10$ or something lol, I think it is being ranked on google.ru for some keyword because there are averagely 7-10 visits per day and most of them come from russia.

Well this should be of great help even if you mix your link building strategy with some other source for better diversification. Hope I would be curious to figure out the results.

Those backlinks work very well when they are mixed with other type of backlinks. The idea of this case study was to see what results have those links ALONE.

I can understand that these links are very valuable to some people (sellers and people using them) and better not talked about in the open, but hey, if people can't share anything anymore on here, BHW will soon end with a "do not share list" for every single thing that works!

@anuj291 yes i'm buying links from sape, but i'm not using any of those services, i have direct access to sape so i dont have to buy services that are being sold here in bhw to obtain those backlinks.

nice case study, i used these links for few of my sites and now they are no where to be found in rankings. Certainly the worst decision i made to use these on my sites.

Well as I have stated few times I'm testing this on 2 sites, first one is targeting 6 medium competition keywords and this one is now heavily dancing for past 2 weeks already, sometimes it doesn't even show up on serpbook.

Second one is targeting 3 low competition keywords and this one has stable rankings on many keywords that I didn't even targeted.

I have bought nearly same amount of backlinks for those both websites, I haven't bought much so I suppose what I have bought was enough for low competition but not enough for medium competition.

My budget is only like 40$-50$ per one site so those results are totally worth the money I think.

Well on this case study I only use SAPE links and not other type of backlinks - none of them. And rankings on low competition are now stable, I think you have used some other type of backlinks and that caused penalization, or maybe it's just bad content, hard to say because there are many factors that can cause penalization.


Btw, SAPE links for for bing and Yahoo as well, that low compeition one is ranking on #9 on both Yahoo and Bing.
 
Quick update:

That second website that was targeting some low competition keyword (btw, it has 4,400 monthly searches and I get around 0.5$ per clicks on adsense from it so it's pretty profitable keyword lol) jumped on #4 yesterday and today it's already on #3 lol.

I haven't touched it, nor I have updates website or something, last article was posted on 11th of January..

I have now (AFTER #3 position not before) added it to SAPE's Wizard, don't know how it works just wanted to test this feature, I chose that I wanted #1 ranking and it's quoted price was 105 rubles which is like 3.1$ roughly lol. Let's see what it will do..

Those who don't know what's SAPE Wizard, it is an tool provided by sape which analyzes your competition tracks your website and buys links automatically for you to reach the position you have chosen during adding keyword to it.
 
Okay so today I did something that I don't usually do for other projects.

I bought 50 main page backlink from sape, but I focused on PA and DA instead of PR this time, all pages have PR0 but minimum PA 30 and DA 20.

My website's PA is 47 and DA is 36, since those are homepage links, they should index quickly..

Those backlinks were a bit expensive then regurlar ones, I spent roughly 1200 rubles for those 50 which is 24 rubles per link, that's ~0.75$ per backlink.

I don't usually focus on PA and DA, this is my first time I considered those so I don't know what effect should I expect, to be honest I just wanted to see how my PA and DA would increase because I was thinking about building private network on some awesome domains I have and then sell backlinks from them, so let's see how those backlinks will help :)

maecenas23, I suspect it refers to page- and domain authority.
A measure for a website provided by seom0z, if I remember correctly.

@Stuffirizer is right, PA = Page authority and DA = Domain Authority.

Those 2 marks are provided by SEOmoz, you can get stats for any website on their website I think, they also have some browser plugins.

Firefox plugin is way better in my opinion because it is being installed as a toolbar and let's you see page's PA and DA on the toolbar itself without clicking on anything (and it loads just as fast as page) while on Chrome plugin you need to click on a icon and wait till this data will be grabbed from their servers.
 
Do you know a good provider of said Sape.ru? I see a lot of them on fiverr...though I don't trust fiverr gigs for SEO purpouses...
