What kind of return are you expecting on the project? I'm quite new in the game but the first time I'm really being exposed to building solely for the purpose of selling the site.
Has anybody else had any experience with flipping a site? What are the procedures? How do you set a price etc?

Yes, I could do that. I am still planning to update with details.
I am hoping to get 100% ROI which should be around $60 including listing fees. Not adding any extra expenses such as plugins and themes since I can use them in more websites down the road.
But about profit, I am not sure yet, but I am greedy and look for business that can get me 100% profit on top of my investment.
That is why I do CPA marketing, I spend $20/monthly on hosting. and still get about 3k/month. You see what I mean when I say I am greedy. :18:

I don't know if you are being sarcastic, but they aint newbies hopes. Its a case study so I am the one to do all the work with the risk of losing. And just to make sure those who are looking to do the same do not step on the same rock if anything goes wrong on my study.

Good luck bro, it looks like you have a good plan! I'm doing the same thing basically. I'm going to monetize the site (already am), and I'm predict once I hit top 3, I'll be pulling in $800 to $1400 a month from the site. Sure, that's decent money, but I'm very low on capital now, so I've decided I'd rather sell it and get the money upfront, than wait 12 months or whatever to earn the same amount.

i have a similar site concept as tubemogul and make an average of 25k a month on it ... i want to focus on a new venture and project ... i get good traffic on the site.. around 1.2k to 1.8k daily.. i have a huge list of ranked keywords on first page ... alexa in usa top 5k and ww is les than 50k ... i have contracts with record labels and majors businesses.
i need an investor to grow the site and implement newer ideas... but i prefer to sell it completely and work on other mobile projects in the works..
it doesnt not take a lot of my time to manage it .. i have tons of affiliates selling for us also ...
i am willing to provide secrets on how to get the traffic from ppc and social media, and give tools i have .. automated...they just need a little setup and then the sky is the limit ..
site age is 5-6 months.
if anyone can help ill appreciate your time. !

Well, it depends in the factors why a proxy is needed. The way I see it is that for backlinking profiles and blog comments. It registers the users IP.
But for 2.0s, I dont see the case here since It doesnt register your IP as a backlink. I believe it registers the Server IP, In this case the web hosting where the 2.0s is being created.
Another fact is that I am only creating 1 acc on each 2.0 site. Therefore, acc creation is off limits if I were to make more accounts.
I might be wrong, but I rather test and fail to amke sure I understand how everything works.
