Case Study Continued: Tier 2 Link Building

Interesting results. Are you planning on doing any more case studies in the future?

Hi,

Initially I started doing case studies to get the information I wanted (which people didn't have or weren't sharing) and I wanted to contribute something to BHW and avoid becoming one of those 1-line post type of members. As far as continuing, these do take a lot of time and money. I might be doing more in the future, but at the moment I don't have any really good topics/ideas/projects that would align with one. Open to ideas though!

Cheers

Excellent case study and thanks for sharing your work!! were you able to rank with only the web 2.0's and with Tier 2's as blog posts. did you pepper in a few automated built links as well?

what about the money site? did it rank for kw's with these web 2.0's?

This is a lot of information thanks for taking the time to put it together.

Using sponsor is very bias since the provider can focus on your own and make using some thing else like PBN to rank your keyword. It would be nice if you can use as normal buyer.

The solution is simple. If you're willing to stump up $800 dollars to buy all these packages, then I'm willing to forgo the sponsorship. Of course if you're asking me to pay $800 because you think the FREE report I provided isn't good enough, well...

dont get reactive with legitimate remarks like this. Your study is great and I can fully understand that you took the sponsorship.

On the other hand it is evident that every provider who knows about the study will do more than usual to give great results. That is not cheating. But when you know that there is a camera on you you will be extra careful.

Good case study which shows blog posts to be good link sources for all tiers, the only problem is their stick rate as they often tend to be de-indexed on domain levels.

Ok, interesting case study. So how do the rankings look like now? Any changes?

I tried the best links directly on my money site. It didn't work at all. Really easy keyword didn't move a lot and i ended up on #76.

Which web 2.0 site did you use. Which one is the best. I thought to try for example weebly. I would like to check if at least this works. I have a feeling that GSA has pretty much the same power as these links but I would like to test it to make sure.

great case study OP!

i could only read the case study and all the comments of the first page, did the ranking of all the web 2.0 using the group 4 decreased already? also, did the web 2.0 get deleted?

that would be the most interesting question: How well do these properties rank 6 months later because most of us are interested in long term results.

OP, it would be great if you quickly update us.

Thanks
