So i was testing as to whether irrelevant(porn) links can affect SERP or not.So i blasted one my competitor site with 100k live blog comments using Scrapebox with porn anchor text.Used around 500 porn keywords. The site is 9 years old and authority site.It has been #1 for past 2yr.

So here are the results after the blast.

The blast was done 16 june. After the blast site went off the rankings. On 18 june reappeared on #4.Gradually it climbed to #1.And again went off the ranking.Reappeared again at #1 and now its on #4 for last 3 days.

As you can see the blast indeed has some effect. The rankings went crazy after the blast. At one point it was deindexed as well.
So the theory that irrelevant links are neglected by google seems to be wrong.
The site might come at #1 in coming weeks which i highly doubt.

My only intention of doing this case study was to know whether irrelevant links can hamper site rankings permanently or not.

Will keep you guys updated.

Very nice!

This could be used nicely to give yourself a quick cash injection on a high traffic keyword.

Looking forward to updates!

yes, blasting competitors website give them bad reputation in google....
I use always this system to outrank competitors! eheheheh

The question is how many links did it have prior to the blast?

Yeah exactly.Earnings might be temporary but yeah atleast you will get an idea how much your competitor is making :D

This is some amazing information if it works consistently. Frightening for sure but amazing.

If this holds true it would be epic. and people think its bad with flagging on CL. This would be mayhem!

Gah.

Though, I imagine if somehow caught you could in turn get in some deep trouble for sabotaging your competitions rankings for doing something like this. See, this information is great... but scary. I thought the big G said that you weren't able to sabotage your competition by building false backlinks for them...

It's perfectly possible,I have done it once to someone who didn't pay me,they're history. There is more an unwritten rule that you don't do this but the reality is it's very easy.
If I don't get paid(only happened once) I will destroy the site serps wise.Links from porn sites with obscene words will drop the site like a lead ballon from the sky.
For normal scrapebox blasts with obscene words the site may recover as the links get removed, archived etc. However links from porn sites are probably far more serious to the extent your site may be restricted in some way from climbing the serps.

It's almost a tabboo subject, prob best kept that way in a sense because that would simply destroy the entire serps if everyone went crazy. So that respect and fear is a good thing and keeps things as they should be.

I see business where people threathens others to give money "or i will blast your site BIATCH!!!!"

I would like to hire your service to do this for me if anyone didnt pay me, you could become an Equalizer type character.

What would happen if you did this blast on a site like wiki? they wouldnt feel it.

Very useful information, thanks for sharing.
I personally would never do that just to outrank competition, but that's just me.

Not because of the porn link :) It's just the effect of having 100k more backlinks, it will dance and jump on top again

kindly blast all my competitors too. thanks in advance.

lol RE: blasting my competitors, please disregaurd...
becuase on second thought, yes karma's a bitch.

LoL what a poor test site. You said it's an authority site and it's sitting there for a long time, I think it'll only dance on the SERPS. But well I'm still curious in your case study, looking forward to this.
