Interesting method to get powerfull domain, did not know it was possible with ahrefs.

Does only Authority ******** Backlinks and clean Anchors matters for expired domains???

Moreover you missed a point that this website lets you check for 10,000 bulk expired domains in a single hit.
Basically you are doing all the stuff to find those domains then telling them
