[CASE STUDY] 30 Days to Twitter Domination

I've been researching IM for about a month now, just sitting back and studying and now I'm going to begin my first outing in the field.

My ultimate goal is to reach $10,000 by next April in order to pay for my wedding, but the goal for this 30 day study is to reach $200 profit.

All of the tools used will be free, and new tools will only be bought if the money has been made from within this campaign.

This method is based off of one already posted on the forum by workoutsforteens, but I can't post links so you'll have to search for it.

What I'm using:
One twitter account
One twitterfeed account
One adfly account
The free version of tweetattacks

Today's goals are:
Create a twitter account
Pick a broad subject for the account
Find an RSS feed related to the subject
Set up twitterfeed to send the rss feed through adfly and then to twitter
Run targeted tweetattacks to get followers

I will post updates nightly, and try to respond to any questions.

I love using Twitter. It has been a great resource for bringing traffic to my AB networks. Always looking for new methods for gathering twitter followers. Anything I can offer to help let me know!
 
Day 1

Finished all of the goals I had set for today.

I used TweetAttacks and ended up following 847 people today, of which 73 followed me back.

Today I got three link clicks on this account, which is about baseball, which made me about $.0067. Not even a whole cent yet, but I'm sure I can make more.

Tomorrow's Goals:
Setup a second twitter account.
Continue Using TweetAttacks for both accounts.


Total Profits So Far: $.0067
 
Day 2

Setup a second account today, and actually made six cents today.

Account Stats:
Account 1- 154 followers
Account 2- 34 followers

Income Today:
$0.06

Tomorrow's Goals:
Setup another account

That pretty much is going to be my goal for every day, so essentially I'll just record the follower numbers and earnings here.
 
Day 3

Account Stats:
Account 1: 223
Account 2: 57
Account 3: 22

Income Today:
$0.07

Good luck!!! Get some proxies and make more twitter accounts, also put hashtags on your tweets with twitterfeed..
 
Day 4

Created a fourth account today, but also had one banned. So I'm reducing my follow amount per day from 800-900 to 300-400 as to be less noticeable.

Account Stats:
Account 2: 83
Account 3: 64
Account 4: 37

Income Today:
$0.06
 
I have been Using TweetAttacks for about a week and though my two accounts a very small tiny niches. I have been real happy with how the FREE version of TweetAttacks gains me followers.

  • I hadn't scaled up my follows per day for the first 5-6 days so mine were still set to 100-150 per day.
  • I unfollow after 2 days.
  • I keep those who follow me...for now.
  • Now that I have 200+ followers on one account I have moved up the follows to 150-200.

Oh yeah and something I hadn't realized before since as I said my niche is versy small, but that 100-150 range is per task. Today I forgot I was running TA and I had pre-setup about 7 influential Twits I wanted to follow their followers.

When I finally checked on it TA had followed about 80-100 follower on each of 3 people.

I think there is also a good safe percentage out there of Followed vs Followers. Long as you don't make that ratio really extreme you should be good.

How do you get your ad.ly link to show up in twitter mine wont post any rss and says twitter: bit.ly not used as shortener
[feed status: Feed checked ok, error posting to Twitter - ************ - (403): Forbidden - Status is over 140 characters.]

I don't think adfly is remotely enough to reach your target btw, you gonna need something else.

Do you know of anything better? Adfly doesn't pay alot, but its one of the easiest to setup unfortunately.

Go to this article and follow the steps. It looks like you just didn't set it to use a custom shortener.
