Another idea is to run contests so us peasant level members are able to do case studies. top X case studies will result in being promoted to Exec level. That should really get the forum juices flowing vs. paying high ranking members that have no incentives besides peanut $ to conduct the time consuming case studies.
Originally I had thought about JrVIPs, the problem with that is how do you choose which JrVIP to run the case study?
I mean no disrespect to my fellow JrVIPs but anybody can become a JrVIP and as with any group we have our fair share of bullshitters, remember Veyron? I am sure that if he was still here he would be the type of person clamouring to run of of these case studies and that money would get spunked up the wall.
I chose JrExec and Exec because they have actually shared in the past and if we had a leader-board or some way of making it competitive then it might tempt them to get involved.
I like your idea too but isn't that already the current situation?
