What is the most logical area for a seo specialist to expand skills into?

I want it to be a logical transition and not to limit my activity to seo only. Also for me it is very important not to depend on a foreign language, so do not suggest to become a content marketer or something like that.

Linkbuilding is still very relevant. But going in for developing your social presence is also a good area to expand your skills into.

thank you! Link builder is kind of my last job! I want to go beyond SEO, but I want to be useful in my new job and not to depend on a foreign language.

You can go for development. It's very high-paying skill as well as it overlaps with SEO. It will also help you a lot to enhance your SEO skills and increase your horizon of tech.
 
I will suggest you delve into SEO Analytics and Reporting. You may want to research more about it.
