They use Avangate as a payment portal but when I paid my $10, I had all sorts of trouble getting it into my balance in decapture and when I was finally able to find a support email address for Avangate, they sent me to decapture who in turn sent me back to Avangate.
I actually bought the product for use in Article Marketing Robot where there is an options box to propagate with your decapture user name and password but when I finally got the balance to show on the decapture page and entered the user name and password into AMR, it didn't work when I ran a test.
In addition to the above, the person from admin at decapture was patronizing and sarcastic in their response to my queries.
I'm going to request a refund but I don't like my chances.

They moved to another address and changed the name to de-captcher. But I would recommend you to check DBC, i.e. DeathByCaptcha. It's waaay better
