CapMonster, captcha solver, is it legit?

It's legit and has been around for years. Most people will recommend Xevil over it, but in my experience there isn't too much between the two apps. They've also got a cloud service if you just want to use it via API.

If i understand it correctly, I can solve as many captchas as I need if I Pay for a whole year?

It'll be dependent on your hardware as to how many you can solve. Also, if you want to solve recaptcha you'll need to pay for an addon IIRC, and you'll also need some recaptcha proxies (IPv6 rotating usually)

will this save me money on the long run rather using online captcha solve services?

As I don't know your current costs, that will be down to you and a calculator to work out.

I have this kind of captcha solver. Since it is my own coding, the cost is 0, only the proxy cost. Apart from that, if I want to create, for example, 1 million Twitter accounts, the captcha solver cost is 0.

Cap2v3 is free and you can easily plug to GSA CB. Google cap2v3 it's better than capmonster. But it's super slow and not worth. If some one say capmonster good then cap2v3v will be a good choice.

Dthe best and practical solver for GSA tyoe tools is xevil.
