Can't upgrade my account to Vip

Hi everyone and attention to Mods

Hi I'm writing this to you for help.

I don't have PayPal account to upgrade my membership here, I'm in Pakistan can't have a PayPal account here.
The one I had is limited now.
I tried using stripe option to pay but this not happening every time I try they deduct $1 from my bank when it should deduct $97.
I have more than $300 in my bank account so the funds are not the issue.
I have Payoneer account with funds in it can you assign a moderator for me to help I will transfer him $97 and if he can upgrade my account via PayPal.
If they want service fee I can pay $10 for this.

Please help me.

I think you should talk to your bank to enable international payments in your card.

I tried and they said the cards is accepted internationally plus I always use to buy things online from many international website never had any problem.
