Can't update my info on Citybank

Hi all,

This might be a stupid question. However here it is:

I've tried to update my info on Clickbank and I am always getting this error: "Non english characters detected in your submission, please check your input and submit again." I'm not pretty sure of what this means since I use a regular laptop with the keyboard setup for English inputs (My info is in English as well). Does anybody know what could I be doing wrong? I can't change anything on my account. Please advise.

Contact Clickbank Support, they replied to me within 24 hours.
