like my home ?

why is this happening ??

i had to surf with proxy at home

any idea how to fix this ?

BHW has determined that you need a haircut and a shave and thus is limiting your access until you clean up a bit.

Alright i went for a haircut and a shave.

I think samlim has same issue with me, it's not related to rules.
