    Hello,

    Thanks

I go to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 5am lately.

Get your eyes off of screens for at least an hour before going to bed. If you can't handle that, download Flux. It at least helps a little bit.

Get active too. If your body is sedentary, of course you're not going to be tired.

    Simple shit, man.

It's my monkey mind, as soon as I sleep, I will think of something, then another thing, then I will just open my phone and either search something or listen to music, then I think this and that, not about work, but sometimes about work. I think it's my habit already not to sleep early, maybe I need to force myself to and make it a habbit.

Guess we are turning into cyber zombies. ...

I'm awake too since 12:45am, and it's 4:40 in the morning. Normally I am asleep any time after 11pm and still get up before 4:45 am. Today I got up at about 1am due to a nightmare which made me thirsty. At about 2am, I thought of designing more than 10 T-shirt designs for my 2 merch accounts (one is in my wife's name), but I'm reading news, quora, bhw chiefly and aimlessly. So pretty pissedof with myself wasting good time like this. :(

I always try and tire myself out before going to bed. Do some exercise or hard work, then I put my fan on a cool temperature and doze off

I haven't had a decent night's sleep in weeks and the recent heatwave has been hell.

I go to sleep around 3 in the morning and wake up around 8 in the morning, usually to work on my car before the temperatures reach 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Usually, after getting up at around 4:30am, I do meditation and Kriya yoga exercises for more than 45 minutes min to 1+ hour, and I feel recharged. But now, as I'm awake since 1, I have no energies left to even get out of the bed. I expect the day too will be equally dull, so I just now promised myself that I'll get out of bed in the next 10 minutes :) and will do my exercise and meditation. Time is exactly 5:05 am now, so will be spending the next 45 minutes fulfilling it. :) see you soon!

Well if you stop beating down and robbing people playing Pokemon Go you might actually get some sleep.

OP, have you tried lavender? Inhaling it relaxes you. You can try lavender tea or even put a drop or two of lavender essential oil on your pillow. Reading before bed may also help.

When I go to bed I almost always turn on a audio book and just turn all the lights of, that's working really well for me it's a good way to remove some of all the thoughts that's wants to work your brain before sleep :)

I had this exact same problem, and the cause was boredom.

I would get bored then feel sleepy and sleep at some random time during the day, this ruins your sleep schedule even if you do it just 1 time.

You just have to stop getting bored and fix your sleep schedule.

I also started taking vitamins daily, they actually helped a lot. I can feel the difference if I stop taking them.

I legit have insomnia so yes I can stay up for days. But then if I do finally sleep I can't wake up....

Which really can wreck havoc on my health & business.

Hey I've been having these problems myself, it was good then it just got out of wack, did some research, wasn't successful. However, I came to the conclusion of being inside for some many days, grinding away online along with the ill effects of Mr Zuckerberg's mind controlling Facebook of infinite content, we lack direct contact with the sun.

I used to work until sleepy, then play some random games or browse Facebook then, read a bit of stuff, then lay down and watch tv until I fell asleep. This worsened, and I eventually was laying for about 1 - 2 hours before falling asleep. I learnt about melatonin, got it this week. I take it 1 hour before I want to sleep, now have fairly vivid dreams(haven't had dreams this constant for years) I also take GABA. They seem to be working. I'm just one week in though so do your research if you decide to try either product. Good luck.
