I dont think outbound link is gonna help your SERP rankings.Check the top 10 urls' backlink profile using ahref or opensiteexplore and see what are you missing. Also you can use some social exchange sites to boost your social signals try to get some tweets and likes for your URL and you will reach position 1 in some time..

I want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to my thread. I understand I may have sound like a jerk totally overlooking some new members knowledge and I sincerely apologize for that.
Those who know me on here know that I'm not really like that but again I apologize because my thread does sound like that, I guess you can tell my frustration from it.

I in fact haven't added social signals because I've found that to be more of a new "trend" just like when people say that "content is king" which I know is pure lie, but unlike content is king I believe social signals should help me. It just baffled my mind how after getting all those high PR backlinks going from PR 2-6 I am still not on the first page, but I do appreciate all of y'alls input; and I thank you again.

how is your off page and on page seo and does that kw have a lot of competition? and if you have a new site keep building and you will get there.

Try to build additional quality links and share your website to Facebook and Twitter.

As many said throw some social signals, coz I was stuck on page 3 for a month and when I put social signals with high PR back links, now am in 1st page for 3K month search keyword.

Since your top ranking sites are yahoo answers why don't you become an authority in that social network and get links from that site?

You should keep trust on google and don't impatient. Its happened actually. Besides, you can use blog comments for your website traffic. Its really effective for seo of new blogs and websites. Also, to get the highest traffic- yahoo answer is the best choice. I have several websites and its experimentally proved for me. But, do not try to post answers by yourself. Because, yahoo may ban your id if you use single id for advertising. I usually choose SEORUPAKon fiverr for this task and they are very professional. Doesn't let you through trouble, but give you huge traffic silently. Best of luck!
