Can't renew Jr. VIP and thread?

Has anyone tried to renew a Jr. VIP membership this month?

I'm supposed to renew in 5 days, but if I go to "Account Upgrades," there are no buttons to pay for the membership or my thread. I also got a notice today that said:

"kyescontent, your account upgrade named Marketplace Thread will expire in 7 days.
Thank you for having purchased this upgrade and we hope you have enjoyed the benefits it offered.
You may extend or renew your account upgrades here. Your current upgrade is no longer available.
Today at 11:00 AM"

I see no indication that Jr. VIP memberships no longer exist--but I can't seem to figure out how to pay. Do I have to wait for the current membership to actually expire first? This is really frustrating.

But yea, it's a fair point. Op why not contact iknowseo or apricot or someone like that- I think they are both active mods in the marketplace, they will have the answer in sure.

Thanks, I did that. I wasn't asking any of you for technical assistance; I was simply asking if any of you had already dealt with this issue successfully. I really appreciate your kind replies.

Exactly. I simply thought someone else might have a fast answer from their own experience with the same issue. I certainly didn't mean to cause anyone any hassle.

It's okay, it happens! Nah, I'm sure a mod will help me out eventually. I have a time difference with the UK, so I am a bit tense between that and the fact I have a finite amount of time to solve the problem. I figured with a handful of admins in charge of a huge community, turning to the community for a solution might at least reduce some time/stress looking for the answer.

In any case, at the very least, I now know this is a known issue, and that's reassuring. So this served some purpose. And when a mod fixes it, I'll update it with the solution for all to see

Yep, I had that problem earlier so I just had to wait for it to expire, then the magic button would appear for you to pay. Not sure why you can't pay earlier, but that's how it went with me.

Yes, you'll need to wait till the day the subscription ends to see the renewal button. We've had problems with people overlapping memberships and paying manually only to complain when a previously set up recurring payment is taken shortly afterwards.

This way, there's no confusion over what date the subscription will expire

Yeah I too had to wait and after I received that my VIP has expired I tried paying and it went successful.

Renewed my JRVip today only.
