It's the spam filter on Facebook; it doesn't allow links to be shared in comments. You may encounter this issue if you try sending these links via message to someone as well. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it Or Your comments under moderation will be displayed only after its been approved by the admin.

You have posted many similar comments to each other and on many groups, you have been blocked from commenting, Facebook is thinking that your account is like a clone account and is spamming

maybe you have used this feature many times make facebook default that message is spam and block them

I think you should wait for a while, then try again or switch to another account.

Facebook might be blocking links in your comments due to spam detection filters or account security settings; try posting without a link or use a URL shortener.
Without link working find also URL shortener not working
