Cant order Payoneer card. Requires 30$.

I don't know for you, but I tried sending 500 euro to my local bank account and the fee was 125 euro. (Isn't that 25 per cent?)
I have withdrew the funds via ATM, if note, I would have taken a screenshot to show you. Although, it might depend on your bank and maybe country.

That's outrageous. What region is this?

i think they only requires to have 30$ if you want it shipped via DHL, you can ask them for free shipping

Actually they do, you need to have $30 on your account in order to be able to order a CC (weither using the standard or DHL shipping)

As for the bank transfer fees, the 25% thing is wrong, Payoneer will charge you (depending on your currency) $1.50 and a max of $2. Now to explain the $125 fee you may wanna read this :

It’s also important to keep in mind that additional fees may be charged by your bank. Processing fees, landing fees, or intermediary fees may be deducted from the withdrawn amount by your bank or any other payment provider not directly associated with Payoneer.

To OP, if you have a friend with payoneer balance they can send you $30 and you can then order a new card.

That is not completely true. Those rates only apply, if there's no currency conversion when withdrawing, otherwise the rate is a maximum of 2% above midmarket rates, which can be a lot more than $1-2, but nothing close to 25%, that's a hefty charge by the bank of the beneficiary.

I am in same position.

Can anyone send me a $30 payment from a business account if I give them $40? = $10 for service?

PM me.

Payoneer asks everyone for $30, it’ The annual activation fee for the card.

Not if you've registered through one of their partners ;) Payoneer has special arrangements for their big partners. For example, it used to be (no idea if still) that if you registered to Payoneer through Wish.com (so that they can pay your aff profits), no annual fee was asked.

I think it's still the case. I can't remember paying that fee not even once. I have/had different Payoneer cards in the last 10 years. I got a few through Adultfriendfinder, Sharecash and Fiverr too, there were no annual fees with neither of those. Everyone can check the fees, which apply to their account after logging in, so it turns out pretty quick, if there's such fee or no.

Although it's also true that there's a card activation fee, it shows $5 for me.

Please how many times do you think i need to receive payments on payoneer to be able to pay someone through payoneer.. I received money and was asked to receive additional payment before i could pay. just want to know how much times i have to receive to be able to withdraw.

I see, I connected my bank account and got "Your application to Payoneer is approved!" mail. So I imagine its all set up with payoneer and I can try going for stripe registration now?

By the way, whenever people gonna buy a product using Stripe, I will get money to payoneer, and from payoneer I will be able to withdraw to my bank account if I understand right? This way I would also get those 30$ needed to order the card later on.
youll need minimum of $50 on your account to withdrawal to your personal bank account

Since the rules changed it is virtually impossible to use Payoneer as a newbie.

Look into Estonia e citizenship. Start a business, open a bank account and forget these Turkeys.
