This has happened before with other people.

I'm not qualified to tell you how to solve the problem but you tagged Apricot and she will see this and be able to help you out.

The other technical person who would probably be able to give you some guidance that is on staff is @jazzc so if he sees this thread maybe he can offer you some direction.
 
Advertise on BHW
-Try changing the browser
- clear cache
- restart router
- refresh browser
- clear temp files by going to "temp" and "%temp % in run
- restart laptop after network reset

( i did face this issue before , i was not able to reach https://blackhatworld.com but http://blackhatworld.com was assessable for saveral days, but site was working on mobile and other pc, )

I did refresh browser, and try different browser, but no luck, after few days it was automatically loading
You should wait for few days and see if you still have problems
 
this probably is an issue with my isp as even spotify isn't working for me
 
I can confirm that actually some providers have blocked BHW.
For example, I can't access BHW with my phone LTE connection.
Basically the error say something about a service they run to protect users, and BHW is on the blacklist.

VPN for the win. Don't need my nanny phone company being concerned with my internet traffic.
 
It looks like there might have been a flag on one of the IP's you were using. I've cleared it, have another go and let me know if you have more luck accessing the site. If not, can you send me a PM with a screenshot of the problems you're having along with your IP, what type of connection you're using and your basic setup (OS / browser) so I can look into this further?

Bro doesn't matter that much, I face this error just from my LTE phone connection.
I can login correctly from my home connection
