Can't get my website indexed at all

I will sum it up:

- You are new
- Competition is brutal
- You have no idea what you are doing
- Your site is thin
- Your backlink profile is the ugliest thing I've seen all day

Do some more reading on keyword competition and onsite SEO and try again. I would throw this site away and start from scratch.

I'm a complete noob, so I'm not sure (or even what optimize means in that context haha)...

There's a site called Verifyseo just put your URL in there and your focus keyword and it will score your results.

If this helped you maybe you can help me...
I know this is general and subjective but its the piece I'm missing and its good to have a numerical goal to hit., super helps me progress, not sure if you will know this roughly but...
I'm currently benching 30kg dumbbells 5 rep, and been told I wanna get up to 45kg to start to see the results I want (Captain america) and this seems about right for me.
I'm just wondering what 5 rep max weight should I be aiming eventually to hit for say, bicep curls to get Captain america arms (17inch) ?
And any other tricep, chest, bicep rep/weight stats to reach Captain America or Thor body would super help, cheers.

Hey bro, thanks for the reply. I'll take some more time later and read through your advice and do my best to implement it but for now I thought I'd help you out with your fitness q as I can get to that right away! I also apologise in advance because you definitely aren't going to get a definitive answer unfortunately:(.

Strength is most definitely a good determinant of muscle size, but it certainly isn't the only one and there are definitely exceptions. You'll see plenty of tiny powerlifters who lift ridiculous amounts and plenty of bodybuilders who are huge but are relatively weak.

What I would suggest you do is to continue to eat at a caloric surplus (but try to stay relatively lean) and focus on progressive overload - that is, try to get stronger each week. That is basically the only information a beginner needs - hit your macros, your calories and get stronger. You will never know what you look like by the time you can db press 45's for 5 - so there's only one way to find out;).

Secondly - not knowing your height or your muscle insertions/joint sizes etc. it's impossible to know whether you will even look similar to your goal physique even if you do get your arms up to 17 inches. 17 inches on someone who's 5'5 is going to make them look like the hulk, whereas on someone who's 6'2, it'll still be impressive for sure - but the 5'5 guy is going to look a ridiculous amount bigger.

If you're looking for a body like that I would focus on compound movements - For your chest I'd go with:
-weighted dips (they don't call these the upper body squat for nothing), bench (flat and incline), db flies and presses (getting stronger on these lifts will make also make your shoulders and tris a hell of a lot bigger than doing some tricep isolation work, but it definitely has its place...);
For back I'd go with:
-Weighted chin/pull ups (wide grip, close grip, neutral grip), pull downs (various grips also), barbell and dumbell rows, cable rows and so fourth (likewise, once you can lift some heavy ass weight you're also almost definitely going to have bigger biceps than if you'd focussed on flimsy db curls (though they also have their place);
For shoulders:
Military presses, db shoulder presses, lateral raises, face pulls, upright rows, rear delt flies, bent over flies and so fourth.

Finally - not to burst your bubble anymore than I may have already, but I would bet my life savings that guys like that are on enough gear to kill a horse. There's tens of millions of dollars at stake for them to get into that super hero shape - and stories of them putting on 20kg in 8 weeks through "hard work" (LOL) (Mark Wahlberg literally said this when he put on 20kg in 8 weeks for the Pain and Gain movie) should be met with a little sceptisicm, to say the least... It may be possible for some people naturally - but it's going to take one hell of a lot longer - think years. I really don't say this to discourage people, but it's important to have realistic expectations, to be happy with what you've got and to enjoy the journey.

Hope that helps, hit me back if you have more questions!

Thanks again for the SEO advice!

Your site is all indexed.

You only have 5 or 6 pages, right?

Are you the guy on those photos? Will I get muscles like that doing SEO?
Yes that's me in the photos... And judging by my level of SEO knowledge, I don't think doing SEO will help you in that department:P.

Add your site on google webmasters, redirect www to non www version, work on on page and try to increase number of pages. Fetch as googlebot and submit to index.

Thanks for the brutal honesty bro - I definitely need it!

So to clarify - you're saying that the links I bought were SO bad that they've completely ruined my site and it can't be recovered?

Guess I've got some reading to do - and lots of it haha!

Basically, yeh.

Basically, yeh.
Sorry to bother, but can you explain why? And when I start over, which services would you recommend? I spent a fair bit on those links:(.

You should try add website to webmasters tools and check there if it doesn't have any penalty

The links are pretty awful and not designed for throwing at your main site. You've also opted for a lot of exact match anchors looking at majestic. Look at your competitors on page 1. I'll wager most of their anchors will be their name, their url or their domain (domain.com). Yours is "webpage", "online fitness coach" and "online gym trainer"

Sellers here just do what you ask, which is fine if you know what you're doing. Until then, I'd recommend learning what the service is before throwing it at your site.

As you already say, you need to do some reading and get the basics. If you don't know the basics of onpage, you're just going to piss money away over and over.

If you're redoing everything, consider WordPress for your next site and find a fitness theme to go with it once you've got the hang of it.

only three article for both two site
post some effective article make traffic and indexed google

So I've started a new site to sel my personal training services. Site is:

www.jmatthewsfitness.com

Dead fish in the water. You used "online personal trainer" with a keyword density of over 7% and personal trainer with over 6% on 100 Words of text. For G this is called keyword stuffing an apparent spam site. No way this is gonna index or rank.

Plus anchor links. You most likely got Penguin and Panda tagged.

Is there a way to alleviate this or is the site done?

Hopefully those 2000 posts weren't Tier 1. Also, you may want to remove your URL from this thread.

Yo / Hej Svenska

Firstly props for taking action and getting something out there.

Continuous improvement and it will only get better so...

For spam checking there are a few things you want to do.

1) Firstly check over Archive.org look for the last and the first ever snapshot of the site and see if they are on the same topic and preferably pretty much same design and page, look through the other snap shots.
Your goal here is to identify if the site was always used for the same thing and always had the same owner.

You don't want to see a health site that once turned into a selling nike sneakers, you don't want to see a site that was turned or used for a pbn.

2) You want to check the back link profile and namely the anchor text, are there any chinese or russian or weird characters? Check them.
You want a very natural looking anchor text profile, what does that look like? Well >

Is there any anchor text that alludes to commercial keywords like a high percentage of "BUY CHEAP XX" or something.
You want it to show a very natural anchor text profile evenly split, mostly weighted towards "domain.com" "www.domain.com" "domain" "brand name"
You don't really want any anchor text being more than 30% unless it looks super natural like domain name or brand name. The rest of the anchor u want small amounts and preferably a large percentage saying Other.

There are other steps to take but I think for now that should keep you busy enough to start spotting things

What type of links to build?

In terms of not knowing what type of links to build and stuff, and the guy you got them from having good reviews, I am sure they are useful backlinks but I think you miss judged your need for them.

You see you got these back links pointing at your site when you need to be building real links alongside them, those links you have are good on a domain that also has some Tier1 or Good solid big links hitting the site.
Understand you need to very slowly introduce sites linking to you specially at first, as your site has more diverse links hitting it you can start to boost it with some cool shit like that.

Those links you have should go along with 1 big solid strong link, not just have them on their own, makes sense?
Its like those weaker links having a lot of them are like doing 15+ reps light weight
vs 3-5 heavy weight low reps to build strength is having a solid back link. And right now you want to build strength to the site.

It would be wise to hit your site with a few of those kind of links and some decent blog comments and social media account back links, and then maybe hit it with a good solid link or 2, like an authority guest post.
Understand this: If you had 1 good big clean authority link hitting your site or 50 fairly lame ones. The authority one would totally OWN it and be exponentially better, so what im saying is start to build some better links to your site, like outreach or just do 1 guest post this month and another next month.

As for OnPage seo
Well there is a kinda a lot but it's simple and easy and the other thing is it's really easy information to find just do some searches for OnPage seo id maybe even go so far as suggest to do this in google than on here just look for normal white hat advice and get an idea of the things you need to do, probably better you actually get that kind of info from google rather than a blackhat forum hah!

I would also like to suggest something else to you regarding the niche and way you are targeting it.
I think its competitive niche so really focusing on seo globally to bring in good search results might be a bit silly for your current knowledge and site and you would be wise to do the following for quicker results and approach it like this...

Do more in-depth keyword research for your site specially to target some local stuff and longer tail stuff.

Utilise social media a lot for driving traffic, really focus your strategy for this kind of site based on driving targeted traffic for as cheap and effectively as possible.

And focus more on marketing than just seo for it, like advertising it in high traffic areas.

You got all those links but that is focusing on google ranks which I think you would be better focused right now on attaining targeted traffic.
You can do this through some niche relevant guest blog posts, and high traffic niche relevant blog comments, and some forum posts in niche relevant forums, start helping people out on them and posting and stuff and offer some cool help in blog comments. This way it is tripple win for you as, you will get your links posted in ur name on the blogs and links posted on these places which gives a strong good back link (pick good blogs to comment on) and you will also generate target focused traffic directly from these places. BEAST!

I've just tried to use Archive.org and it doesn't seem to work - doesn't return no results - it returns an error. No matter which way I input my site (www. non-www. etc)..

Is there a way to alleviate this or is the site done?

I would bury the site and start all over again. Too much to fix, too much of an uphill battle to convince G the site is actually trustworthy.

I only read the first post, so apologies if much of this is redundant. I would personally scrap that entire website and buy a clean, new domain since you've likely already torched it with a spammy "seo package". When you buy a new domain run the website name through archive.org and whois.domaintools.com. You want to get something that hasn't been used, since it will be too difficult for you to determine whether it has been spammed or not; if it's never been used before then it's always good to go.

For the most part, I would really advocate white hat seo. The fitness niche is highly competitive and you're unlikely to rank for most keywords by using "grey or black hat" "packages". Even skilled seo's that charge $xxxx a month will have issue ranking for, what I imagine are terms you'd probably want to rank for --it looks like you're not doing local stuff, but international, which makes it much harder.

If you are a highly skilled trainer and well-researched then simply naturally blogging and using social media, youtube, instagram, etc as a way to funnel clients to your site might be the way to go. If you wanna see some successful blogs that also train clients online, check out rippedbody.jp or jcdfitness.com, and try to emulate them.
