I just got off the phone with a AM, I knew they want not approve me.
She asked me about the site, wanted the URL. I did not put one on the app.
My website is a Wordpress template that had the default Hello World post. Forgot to change it before they looked at it. No content, no post, and just a YouTube Video on it.
After being drilled with questions for ten minutes, most of them I could not know, she said "thank you for your time, we will be contacting you by email soon."
Guys, we all heard that line before from the pretty ladies at the bars, right?
Well five minutes later I get this email.
Congratulations! After careful review, your application has been approved!
WHAT THE WHAT!!!
Looks like I need to check some old emails, I may have a pretty lady waiting for me to call her. But for real, just give it a try, they said yes to me and I can't tell you what a PHP redirect is.

Quick question regarding reapplying after being rejected. Last week I applied to Neverblue, Maxbounty, Hydra, and Azoogle (before reading this thread).
I then called Maxbounty (AM was Amy I think), answered her questions, and then a few minutes later I got rejection email.
Neverblue never called me and I got rejection email the next day.
Azoogle never called or emailed back. I tried calling them, but could not get a live person.
I called Hydra but was directed to an extension to leave a voicemail (which I did) and so far have not heard back yet.
So if I want to apply again to these CPA networks and use this method instead, should I just leave my website off the application this time? Should I wait longer since they will have my info in their computers already?
Or should I call back and inquiry why I got rejected in the first place?

I was always get rejected, coz of my website. i think its a great idea..
Sorry, bit of a noob here, but I guess that's why I need this guide (got into one network awhile ago when I had a network of sites, but they're all sold off now and I'd like to broaden my options).
What exactly do you mean when you say the AM can't see your sites because they've been "stolen" before? If they asked me to elaborate on that I'd be like, "uuuuuuh, weeeeeeelll...". I'm pretty good over the phone so I should be able to get them, but I just saw a potential pitfall here and I didn't want to screw up.

new trend to cpa marketing is media buys, if you want to get in any cpa network just say that you do media buys to get traffic, and i am very sure , that you will get accepted very quickly, i applied for 5 networks and i said them i get traffic through media buys and facebook, however i didn't knew any of these methods when i applied, they accepted me immediately.
I get into multiple cpa networks every single day. Media buys are Ok to use every once in awhile. Make sure you list specifics as far as what you are trying to do. Email marketing is an OK method to use, but many networks have a hard time accepting you without knowing exactly where the opt in leads are coming from. If you say you purchase your lists, they are going to want to know exactly how that company produces their opt in lists. So the best way for email marketing is to obviously state that you produce your own double optin leads and show some kind of proof. A newsletter being asked is common and its not very hard to show a sample. Their are several different methods you can use. Be confident in your goals and what you are trying to accomplish and you will get accepted.

Sadly I tried this with no results. It seems they hear this type of thing many times per day. The corey at peerfly guy seems to be a real prick as well. What a waste considering I had to send them a friggin picture ID, do a phone verification and put my social in the application as well!
I even got denied by cpalcrap the site that is banned here. wow what a hard time this is, I will have to resort to autoblogs I guess.
